Indigenous Women: Ideas and Thoughts

Littlebrave Beaston (Tsimshian, Makah, Greek)  holds a naturopathic doctorate and a master’s in acupuncture from Bastyr University (which has campuses in Seattle and San Diego) and a master's of education in counseling from North Dakota State University. She has been a Bahá’í since 1969 and has experienced Bahá’í communities in many ways: on reservations, in rural and urban settings, large and small, heterogeneous and homogenous.
